This is a rhyming, lift-the-flap book in which a princess is finding fairies. On each page there is one scary thing (like a dragon), and one place where fairies are hiding. The scary things are not too scary - for instance, the skeleton is smiling.
The illustrations are very colourful, simple, and sometimes funny. For example, there is one scene where the princess stands near a roaring fire, shivering - because she sees a ghost. The skeleton looks like he is bowling!
This book would appeal most to young girls, and to very little boys who don't mind books with a lot of pink.
