You won't believe this but i actually bought this not for a child (well not as such) but for my 31 year old boyfriend who is slightly obsessed with sausage dogs! It was designed to be a mascot while he was in Edinburgh doing the Fringe festival. He loved it and even claimed to walk it round his bedroom once a night! Job done!

I bought this for my God-daughter as a christening present and have just bought as a christmas present for my nephew. Something that they can play with now but when they get too old to play with looks nice on a shelf. Something as a parent I think you would keep (our daughter was given one when she was born, she is now eight and although she does not play with it is is something that is on display in her bedroom) Good quality for the price.

I brought this for my 1 year old grandsons birthday and am told he loves it and plays with it all the time. The only down side is my son says its noisy which my grandson thinks is brilliant ha ha.

Our 13 month old daughter was bought this present for her 1st birthday, although it states for 2 plus she can now at 13 months complete the puzzle with ease.

She knows which animal is which and aswell as placing them in the correct slots she also stands them up and plays with them.

Therefore i feel that this is more than just a puzzle but a great learning tool.

I would suggest it would be to easy for a 2 year old though.

Bought these for my friends little boy who is 2 1/2. They are lovely and have provided hours of entertainment. They can be played with as little cars or threaded to help with co-ordination. A very good gift.

bought this puzzle for my two year old. too easy for her really but she loves it. she likes to play with the pieces as they can stand up. that's what sets it apart really. adds another dimensions. lovely puzzle, bright colours and designs. very sturdy. would recommend.
