Our 19 month old grand-daughter loves this toy. She can put the rails together herself -more or less- and when set up, she learned instantly that pressing the funnel made it go round. The tunes are pleasant and short so no-one gets fed up! it only runs for a short time so that it can't be left on by mistake to drain the batteries - which were included. Lovely colours too. Haven't been able to find out if you can get more rails for it though, and it could do with some to add to the fun.

My little boy loves this!, 2010-01-08
My little boy (2 1/2) loves this toy and plays with it all the time, especially the car and helicopter which both come to pieces. The only negative feedback is once you throw the box away you have no reference for how the stage should look when built and it could do with something to keep all the bits in. Maybe I should have kept the box for storage box and this would have solved both problems... Anyway neither of these things bother my son, he builds the stage all different ways.

I have to disagree with the negative reviews that this product has received. I bought this for my Dad for Christmas as he is a massive Lewis Hamilton fan and he was absolutely over the moon with it - in fact we could barely get him away from it for lunch! He said it was definately on a level with Lego and that all the pieces went together nicely. The presentation was also nice in the tin. Give this a go - It really isn't that bad at all.
