We chose this for our baby's nursery because of its' bright colours. It has a very nice finish and I am sure when baby arrives in a couple of months time it will help to keep him entertained :-)
Only reason not 5 stars is that the mobile did not come with a hook included to attach it to the ceiling - which would have been nice.

This was my daughter's favourite toy from when she was only a few months old. It's small enough for young babies to grab hold of (a lot of other baby toys seem very chunky for tiny fingers) and can be rattled, chewed, thrown, etc. Like most babies, she had lots of toys, but this, along with another toy from the whoozit range, was favourite. I think this is probably a better toy for young babies than the large Mr Whoozit, which is just a little too big for them when they are that age.

Fantastic, 2009-12-08
I bought this for my 2 year old niece for Christmas. When this arrived it was well packaged with bubble wrap aswell, when I took it out to look I couldn't believe how cute it was and how real looking it was. She will love this.

Bargain buy for newborns, 2009-12-14
I was given one of these for my first child (now seven) and it quickly became one of his favourites, and would go wherever he went (in his rocker, his crib, his cot, his play gym, his car seat... etc etc) - he loved it from newborn through to the time he started walking. His sister inherited it and loved it just as much. It survived the rigourous attention and chewing of both kids, and when I finally got rid of all my baby things, it was still in really good condition. Shame I didn't have a crystal ball and know I was going to have a third baby!! But when he joined us two weeks ago, this was the first toy I bought him as it really sticks in my mind as being one of those classic toys that kids don't tire of. This one seems to be as good quality as the old one I had, although its spiral is a bit tighter (hopefully it'll loosen over time). My newborn is showing a lot of interest in the mirror and the spiral / face in particular, and the chime has a lovely gentle sound that doesn't jar like a lot of other little baby toys.
