These toy story lego kits are great! Available from both the Disney Store and The Lego shop, so dont be fooled into paying collectors prices. Me and the 25 year old loved putting the model together, took about 20 minutes and is quite straightforward. The 4 year old has had great fun playing with the models, making up his own games and stories with them. He is also learning that lego comes apart and can be put together again - sometimes with different heads! So I think it is good for young children using role play and developing their fine motor skills. I have found the attachments for Buzz's helmet visor inadequate too - it comes off too easily. The spoiler on the back of RC is a little top heavy and needs regular refixing and the lights come off easily - but then hey it is lego & if bits come off your child is going to learn how to put them back again. A great toy, it has kept him busy literally for hours. Good value.

Lego X Large Grey Baseplate, 2010-03-09
It does what it says on the tin it's a bigger than normal lego baseplate which was great value for money. My only complaint is it wasn't green which might make more sense when using a lego city set but you can't go wrong here. Reasonable price good large size fits lots of created lego structures well. You won't be sorry you got this if your kids are into lego!

A must, and affordable, item for any lego Star Wars fan, 2010-02-01
I bought this for my 6 year old son who was quite capable of putting it together himself. He has had great fun with it and I think it's great value for money within the Lego Range as it is possible to play just with this as there are a few clones to interract with (and I got away without spending £60 plus on the bigger ships!. On the downside a little delicate for clumsy, younger, hands (siblings). But would deinitely recommend this set. I have also bought him the Battle Droid set which is great too.
(The seller I bought from was very professional, and fast delivery - would use them again.)
