We have bought this for my son to take to peru on a gap trekking expedition where he will be visiting a school. His college think it is a great idea and I'm sure it will be a good ice breaker. The quality is very good so I am sure it will stand the test of time.

I bought this puppet for a 1 year old's birthday present. While I appreciate it will be a while before he can use it himself, this puppet is so cute and cuddly even my 9 month old nephew loved it. It is also very well made and excellent value for money. The fact you can also move the mouth and the arms mesmerises children and I was tempted to keep it for my son who loved it. I am planning to buy more from the same manufacturer for upcoming birthdays.

No doubt being a fan of Dingle Dangle Scraecrow helps but if you aren't yet you soon will be!

The puppet is made of great quality materials. Even with your baby, toddler or older child playing with it, it is robust and durable. The colours are bright and attractive and Scarecrow washes well too. On the back of the Scarecrow there is space to put your fingers so that you can nod the Scarecrow's head, kick the feet and clap the hands. The hat too is flippy floppy so the puppet can truly engage with the child. Singing the song and moving the puppet really does entertain kids and they too can have a go playing with the puppet. My 4 year old son got an awful lot of presents for Christmas but this is the only thing he's really played with so far! His favourite story is 'Owl Babies' and he has had loads of fun pretending that the little ones are Sarah, Percy & Bill. Tey can all hold each others wings thanks to little velcro tabs on the wing tips, or they can all be held tight be owl mummy. Any child who loves that book will love these soft little owls!

My little fella is coming up seven months and he loves when we sing and sign the song using the mitten. It's great fun and keeps him fully engaged at this early age. The only difficulty I experience sometimes is "removing the monkey", you have to take your finger out and slip the monkey into a pocket on the back of the hand; it can be a bit tricky sometimes, so make sure you wear the monkey on the hand that isn't your writing hand. Makes song time with your child just that little bit more fun. Worth the money as it is also good for counting with an older toddler.
