this product is very good value for money, furniture alot bigger than what i thought it were going to be, overall very good and my 5yr old daughter is over the moon.

My grand-daughter has played with this every day for weeks now, ever since her second birthday. Visiting children also love it - it encourages all the social skills as well as their imagination. Pretend birthday parties are great fun! I agree with the comment about the lid - that box would really benefit from a top to keep the pieces secure because it would be spoiled if bits got lost. The candles come apart from time to time and need a spot of glue, but otherwise it is robust.

does what its meant to, easy to put together , no creep in the gas ram (had problems wit hthat in the past) well made, mines been thrown araound a fair bit by my familly and its still tickity boo.

if you cna find one that fits your price bracket i would recomend getting one.

I was a bit dubious at first because of the cost of this puzzle. But I was so please with it when it arrived I am now thinking of getting some more in the set. The puzzle is bright and colourful and the pieces stand above the board so it is easy for the children to get the pieces in and out. Also the pieces are slightly smaller than the cut out shape so children find it easier to get them in. My little boy can't put it down, he likes to take them out and stand them up and roar each time, before putting them back in. Great product.

i bought this for my god-daughter for christmas and its still going strong, and its fair to say she's more than a bit "ruff". easily assembled(no tools required) and ideal for any where as its folds away nicely, adjustable height is excellent idea as well as the paper tearer. my god-daughter loved it, and i definitly won the prize for the favourite present this year

Super fast and effecient delivery for a brilliant toy for my 9 month old son. He uses one in his weekly singing group so we thought it would be nice to have one for him to play with at home. He has only had it for a few hours and so far he hasnt looked at any of his other toys. Great toy, great price.

My two year old enjoys lacing the large wooden shapes onto the strings. My five year old enjoys using it too - as she can put them on in patterns or numerically.
The beads and string are of good quality and very bright BUT we do keep losing them as they roll under the sofa! So you will have to put them into a large biscuit tin or similar container because they come in an open-topped wooden box which is the only negative point.

Bought this set following positive reviews for my daughter's First Birthday - she loves it and I'm sure she will get plenty of use out of it in years to come. Lovely engine, 2009-11-08
This is a very sweet engine. Goes lovely and slowly and is very quiet. Can pull 10 or so carriages, even over a bridge although doesn't make it once the batteries run low. My son loved it for a few months but strangely has now gone back to pulling and pushing trains himself. Don't understand the reference to autostop and start.
Fully recommend this for the price. only uses 1 AA battery and even rechargeables last a days worth of continuous play.
