Interesting, but challenging helicopter, 2010-03-31
This was my second model helicopter, having previously had a single rotor model. Once charged, pushing forward the (left) throttle stick lifts it into the air. However, it might start to rotate at anything from a slow spin to a quite high speed spin. To correct this, the remote control has a small knob in the centre, and with gentle adjustment the spin can be stopped. What I found though, was that as the height at which it was flying was increased or decreased, a spin could return, (probably due to the torque from the motors), and this I didn't expect from a twin contra rotating blade helicopter. With some experience, it can be controlled reasonably. Similarly, as an earlier correspondent found, the helicopter might have a tendency to only fly forwards, or similarly only backwards, but there are buttons at the top of the control marked F (Forward) and B (Back), to adjust the fore and aft trim. These again are reasonably effective. I have also found tendencies to turn when reversing is applied by pulling down on the control.

All in all, quite a challenging helicopter to fly, but great fun, and well worth the money. Mine too has suffered a number of crash landings from colliding with walls and furniture, but without damage, so it is fairly durable. At this price buy one, and enjoy!! Having said at the beginning of this review, that I had a single rotor helicopter, I should mention I still have it, and it was distributed by the same company. I ordered spare parts through a local model shop; the parts arrived as ordered within a week, and having fitted them, I am flying again.

Very well made toy! Perfect movements (although they did not convince my two cats...)
But my two young daughters just loved it!
One default only: the LED red eyes spoil the very convincing spider aspect (I think I will paint them in grey color to frighten my visits).

Moon in my room is the perfect night light,not only does your child learn but it's gentle glow helps them to drift off to sleep. The added feature of after 30 minutes it turns itself off.

I have not only bought one for my son but they were memorable birthday gifts for his friends.

My 4 year old son got this on his birthday. He loves it. It is very well made -very durable. Batteries (supplied) seem to last forever. Quite speedy, and pulls a long line of carriages. Having the ability to control and initiate movement of trains adds greatly to the excitement of the Brio system. Highly recommended.

good fun, 2010-08-13
I bought it for my boyfriend but can fly it much better then him :) as it's easy to use and has taken alot of bashing around but hasn't broken at all. We can't control it at all though, only get it in the air, as it's very hard to maneuver, but still fun!

it is a extremely fun to use you can have hours of fun with it I love all the controls but you have to be absolutely focused while using it as you nudge or press the control a different way it can lose balance and fall to the ground. the material it is made out of is very durable, I have dropped it many times and it is still intact. my main problem is the battery life. after a full charge and at least 6-9 minuets of fly time the battery will ware out and so will the signal to the controller.

overall it is a good product almost all ages that can understand the complicated controller can enjoy it.

• Drive this r/c beauty up walls, upside down anywhere you like (as long as it's smooth, that is.)
• Can be driven across any smooth surface.
• The headlights start flashing when the battery is low. Recharge from the remote control.

Good thing : the car is stylish, runs easily on walls and roof

Bad thing : its very delicate, little children will break it in minutes if not handled with care. Requires cell to be charged and battery time aint good.
